I have a 100% satisfaction rate, and I'm proud of it.  My professional rates reflect the quality of work my clients receive.

Due to the diverse nature of my service offerings, I structure my fees based on the type of project and services requested.  But in general I provide three different fee structures to give my clients flexibility in their projects and payment options:

1. An hourly rate that includes all research, interviewing, consulting, positioning and writing time.   For editing services only, a standard hourly rate is charged specifically for editing. 
   
   
2. An hourly rate for researching/interviewing plus a per word charge for writing. 
   
   
3. A flat fee or retainer fee for time worked (this is mostly for regular clients).  This fee includes research, interviewing, consulting, positioning and writing time.  The fee varies according to project requirements and workload expectations, and is mutually agreed upon by both parties.

NOTE: All hourly time is billed in half hour increments.

Current rates are set at one of the following:

$35/hour plus $0.12/word
$40/hour
$35/hour (editing only)

Sample Fee Averages

(Calculations below are made using exact word counts and average billable time)

Articles/PR pieces/short marketing pieces/etc:
      250 word piece - $45-50
      500 word piece - $75-95
      1000 word piece - $138-155

Consulting: $40/hour or retainer

Technical writing and longer marketing pieces: $40/hour or retainer

Most other services - $40/hour or retainer
