I specialize in business to business communications, where I have spent most of my career.  I also have extensive industry experience in healthcare that spans everything from procurement and staffing to software integration and connectivity solutions.  My technical writing experience lies mostly in computer software and IT services within the industries described above.  In addition to these areas, I also have industry experience in eCommerce and in the non-profit sector.
