Work Terms

My professional rates reflect the quality of work my clients receive.

The Details

• The rate charged is based on my current fee schedule. The following services are always billed by the hour: general website content, instructional design services, technical writing/documentation, project management. Other short-term projects, like a press release or a blog post, are often quoted a flat fee.
  
  
• Hourly time is always billed in half hour increments, rounded up to the nearest half hour.  If I only work 2.5 hours, I bill for 2.5 hours, not 3.
  
  
• Contracts are provided for all clients (if the client does not have one) to protect both parties.
  
  
• Project time estimates are scoped up front so the client can budget for cost.  All estimates are made in good faith, and no work will be done beyond the agreed to amount without the client's consent.

Payment can be made easily and securely via PayPal, an invoice, or through another mutually agreed upon method.
